What is it?
The Module 47 is a premium two-piece bottom bracket system engineered to reduce friction and completely eliminate creaking.
Its innovative design houses both the non-drive-side (NDS) and drive-side bearings in a single, lightweight aluminium casing that threads in effortlessly from the drive side.
The non-drive side features a precision-machined, tapered sleeve that threads into the frame, delivering a secure, high-precision fit while perfectly aligning the drive-side module for optimal performance.

What is it?
The Guided Alignment System (G.A.S.) threaded bottom brackets are specifically designed for threaded frame shells with limited space. They are a two-piece design that addresses challenges related to bearing size and crank spindle in such frames.
*This means the drive-side and non-drive-side bearings cannot be in the same drive-side module. This is different from our premium Module One and Module 47 bottom brackets.
Our G.A.S. is different from other bottom-bracket systems. It provides a precise fit. This fit helps to align the two bearing-holding modules in exacting alignment. This alignment reduces friction, extends the lifespan of the bearings, and eliminates any chance of creaking.

Durable and Reliable Bearings
Crafted to Formula One standards, the G.A.S. bottom brackets stand out because of their exceptional precision.
The system has a snug sleeve with a deep overlap between the two parts. Our design helps them fit together and stay aligned.

Best-in-Class Engineering
The G.A.S bottom bracket is known for its durability, featuring a robust metal threaded construction that allows most options on the market to fit securely over a central tube.
What truly sets the G.A.S. product apart is its innovative two-piece system, which features a high-precision sleeve fit. This design ensures that the two bearing-holding modules align with exceptional accuracy, significantly reducing friction.
Achieving optimal bearing bore alignment not only extends bearing life but also minimises unnecessary frictional losses typically caused by misalignment, enhancing your cycling performance and ensuring lasting reliability.

High-Grade Aluminium Shell
We craft our precision engineered bottom brackets using high-grade 6000-series aluminium, which ensures exceptional durability and performance while being lightweight and highly stiff.

Your Choice of Bearing Seals

Contact Bearing Seals
(DD)
For Performance Durability

Non-Contact Bearing Seals (VV)
For The Target Event

Contact (DD) Seals
Contact (DD) seals are better for year-round riding and lower maintenance because the seal is in contact with the inner race of the bearing.
This makes it extremely difficult for contaminants like dust, dirt, and moisture to reach the inner parts of your bearing whilst doing an excellent job of sealing lubricants inside your bearing.
*Contact seal bearings are advisable if you race and train on the same bike.
Non-Contact (VV) Seals
Non-contact (VV) bearing seals are recommended for racing bicycles that are regularly serviced. Non-contact seals do offer lower friction but are also a less robust barrier to dirt and water.
They should be considered consumable-like.
