RETURNS

SN VITAE return policy lasts 21 days from the time of sale. After receiving your product if you are unsatisfied after 21 days please follow these guidelines in order to receive a Return/Refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and un-marked. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please contact our support staff at info [at] sn-vitae.bike to receive the return address. Once a product return has been agreed and the return received, the agreed refund can be processed within 30 days or receipt.

REFUND TIMEFRAME

Once a product is returned and accepted at the return address, the customer will be full refunded according to the agreement reached. Funds may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account. If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product please contact info [at] sn-vitae.bike.

REFUNDS (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info [at] sn-vitae.bike and you will be given the return address to send your product to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
